We want you to love your purchase. We understand that not everything will fit right or will not be exactly what you expected. Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or store credit to be used on a future purchase. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Store credits may only be used one time. Shipping fees are not refundable and will not be applied to any store credits.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached. Items returned to us with pet hair, marks, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke smell or similar product smells or stains will be shipped back to you and will not be issued a refund or a credit. They will be subject to additional shipping costs.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us to ensure your desired size is available. We will ship the exchange free of charge back to you once we have received your original item.

All sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.

For sanitary reasons and safety, jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, hair accessories, and all other accessories are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your items. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged.​
Original shipping is non refundable if paid.

Items being sent back for returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.

Please keep your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.
No exceptions on our return policy will be offered.
